You may be already aware that the Windows start-up folders do not contain any other files in it except lnk files which are links to the exe files of programs chosen to be started at the time when the MS Windows starts.. Therefore all other files found in the start-up folders should be considered as viruses.

There may be more files created by this virus program. You can find them out. First locate and note down the "date of creation" of windowssrv.22.exe, and after that, search the hard disk for other files created on that date or onward. See image

    The virus creates registry entry so that winm.exe is injected into the execution sequence of userinit.exe by being installed as its default debugger. See the above link for details
